Play one Phil! Welcome back Help On the Way! Missed you a bunch.

I always think it is interesting to look at the set list after significant events and try to draw conclusions about the band's state of mind. In this case, nearly 4 months have elapsed since the last show and what's the first song we want to play? Cold Rain and Snow - love it. My Brother Esau has clearly been worked on and they decided to put Help On the Way back in the rotation. The rest seems like stuff we know we know and like to play.

Subject: Very low treble.
At the very start, there is a few seconds where this sounds really good, then the genius soundman turns down the treble and mid-ranges so that we're left with a lot of low-hertz sounds, otherwise known as muddy-sounding. Otherwise, glad to see Help>Slip back in the routine.

My friend Tori wanted to go further back behind the soundboard just before the 2nd set started; yet as much as I liked her having travel to many a show with her a many otherwise like this one still bumping into each other still I had this feeling I should stay put were I was. Luckily I made the right descision since they finally after not 1978? with Keith (I saw it once back in San Bernardino 2-26-77 see my better review than this of that) (or maybe once or twice early on with Brent on the Eastcoast, I'm not sure) had they played "Help on the Way"-> "Slipknot"!
The Compton Terrace is a very nice very shallow bowl that I saw many a good show at!

Yes, the boys are not in fine form. The SBD is nice quality. 4 Stars for the Sbd and 3 stars for the perfomance. It was nice to hear Help-> Slip again. 4 stars for the effort!
